Delivery
We deliver to business addresses across mainland UK. Stocked grades are normally dispatched within one to two working days of an accepted order. Barrels and larger orders travel on a pallet service and need someone available to receive them, with suitable access for a tail-lift vehicle. Delivery charges and any minimum order values are confirmed on your quotation or account. Deliveries to the Highlands, islands, Northern Ireland and the Republic of Ireland are quoted separately.
Checking your delivery
Please check the number of items and their condition before signing. Note any visible damage or shortage on the delivery note and tell us within 48 hours with photographs. Claims made later than this may not be accepted by the carrier.
Returns
Unopened products in their original, undamaged packaging may be returned within 14 days of delivery by prior agreement. Return carriage is at your cost unless the goods were faulty or sent in error, and we may make a restocking charge. Opened containers cannot be returned unless the product is faulty.
